The room was the nicest one we stayed in during our month in England, but there were some issues like a loose hanging duvet that caused me to trip over and hit myself. The staff did kindly find me a fan heater when the heating was off, which was appreciated. The location was convenient for traveling to the NEC and Ricoh Arena, but the lack of available taxis was disappointing. The dining was generally good, with breakfast always cooked perfectly, but there were some small issues with the food. Overall, it could do with a refurbishment, but it had its good points.
