Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers excellent value for money with clean rooms, but lacks attention to detail in housekeeping. The staff are friendly but may struggle to resolve some issues. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
The hotel is a mixed bag with some positives like a helpful service and good city center parking, but also some drawbacks such as noisy rooms above the kitchen and worn-out aspects. Overall, it's a decent option to consider for a stay.
I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The room was the nicest one we stayed in during our month in England, but there were some issues like a loose hanging duvet that caused me to trip over and hit myself. The staff did kindly find me a fan heater when the heating was off, which was appreciated. The location was convenient for traveling to the NEC and Ricoh Arena, but the lack of available taxis was disappointing. The dining was generally good, with breakfast always cooked perfectly, but there were some small issues with the food. Overall, it could do with a refurbishment, but it had its good points.
